Officer Clawhauster Interrogated

Officer Clawhauser had been heading home at his shift had ended, stopping only to buy some donuts. He never made it home and had somehow ended up tied to a chair with his feet outstretched in front of him and tied down. He was blindfolded, so he had no idea where he was. All he knew was that something soft and fluffy was running up and down his poor feet. Being incredibly ticklish, Clawhauser was laughing and begging to have whatever it was that was tickling him to stop. All he got was questions about the ZPD in response. But even though this was torture, he was not prepared to betray his brothers and sisters in blue.

Though, his mysterious captors were willing to be patient.

Something of a mystery story, short but simple. The ticklers are not from around this area and want info on the ZPD for some reason. What reason could that be?

Who knows? Besides me, I mean.
